• Detailed valuations using YouTube Analytics data (account required)
• Generation of valuation certificates

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

By connecting your YouTube account, you authorize us to access your YouTube Analytics data through the YouTube API. You confirm that:

• You are the rightful owner or authorized manager of the YouTube channel
• You have the authority to grant access to the channel's analytics data
• You understand we will use this data solely for valuation purposes

You may disconnect your YouTube account at any time through your account settings.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any valuation
• You should seek professional advice before making financial decisions
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on our valuations

Valuation certificates generated by our service:

• Represent a snapshot of the estimated value at a specific point in time
• Are publicly verifiable through our verification system
• Should not be used as the sole basis for financial transactions
• May be stored indefinitely for verification purposes

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or channel ownership
• Use valuations to deceive or defraud others

All content, features, and functionality of the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Creator Investment Market and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creator Investment Market, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
