Investor Pre-Registration Terms

This is a pre-launch waitlist, not an investment account
Creator Investment Market ("CIM") has not yet launched investing. Pre-registering only creates a waitlist account with your email and password so we can notify you when investing opens. It does not grant you the ability to invest, hold participation rights, or move money, and it is not a securities or crowdfunding offer of any kind.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By pre-registering for investor early access to CIM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not pre-register.
2. What Pre-Registration Is
When you pre-register as an investor, we:
- Create an account record from your email address and password
- Add you to the list of people we will notify at launch
- Do not ask for, or need, any identity, financial, or bank details at this stage
Unlike a full investor account, pre-registration does not require two-factor authentication, identity verification (KYC), or suitability assessment. Those checks are legally required before you can actually invest, and will be carried out separately once investing opens — pre-registering does not skip or replace them.
3. No Investment Product Yet
CIM intends to operate as a regulated crowdfunding platform under the EU Crowdfunding Service Providers Regulation (ECSP, Regulation (EU) 2020/1503) once launched. Until that launch:
- No participation rights, shares, or securities are offered, sold, or available for purchase
- No funds can be deposited, invested, or withdrawn through your pre-registration account
- Nothing on this site constitutes a solicitation or offer to invest
4. Your Account
You agree to:
- Provide a real email address you control
- Keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 18 years old
5. Hosting & Infrastructure
This service is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is processed and stored.
6. No Guarantee of Launch or Timing
Pre-registering does not guarantee that CIM will launch, that investing will become available, or any particular launch date. We may change, delay, or discontinue the planned investing feature at our discretion.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Register using another person's identity or email address
- Use automated systems to create multiple pre-registrations
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the pre-registration service, including damages related to delays in or cancellation of launch.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your pre-registration account at any time. You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
11. Changes to These Terms
When investing launches, a new set of Investor Terms covering the actual investment product will apply, and you will be asked to accept them separately before you can invest. We may also update these pre-registration Terms from time to time by posting the new version here and updating the "Last updated" date.
